Building fundamental management skills can help you successfully grow a business and its people.

The Intro to Management & Leadership micro-credential will help you build a mix of skills, capabilities and knowledge needed to successfully manage teams, while keeping a business on track.

In this 7-week management course, you will also learn the basics of contemporary management and leadership. Learn how to identify, analyse and apply the right information to make the right business decisions.

Take a practical look at critical issues, current challenges and trends that modern managers face and what you can do to handle them.

An average of 10 – 13 hours weekly.
