The Intro to Human Behaviour micro-credential explores what makes you, “you.” Discover how you shape your sense of self and your outlook on life.
In this 6-week course you will learn how to use self-awareness to improve how you relate to yourself and others. Learn the fundamentals of human behaviour and how your behaviour impacts your connections with others, on a personal and professional level.
Whether you’re starting your career, getting back into the job market or aiming for a promotion, the better you understand human behaviour (your own and others), the better you can work with others to achieve organisational goals.

Week 4: Explain the influence of personality on human behaviour
Week 5: Analyse key theories at different stages of life part 1
Week 6: Analyse key theories at different stages of life part 2

By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Describe various interpretations of human behaviour.
- Explain mind and body influences on human behaviour.
- Describe how social relationships shape human behaviour.
- Explain the influence of personality in human behaviour.
- Analyse key theories that describe different stages of life and their influence on human behaviour.
You will have also created a portfolio of evidence, which you can use to demonstrate your knowledge of understanding of the core concepts in human behaviour and how this has helped you become more aware of your strengths and areas for growth.
