Course Overview

Coaching is one of the most valuable skills a leader can possess. It strengthens relationships, builds trust, and empowers individuals to take ownership of their growth and performance. When managers are confident in how they coach, they create environments where people feel supported, motivated, and capable of achieving more.

Throughout our 12-week leadership and management short course, you will be introduced to practical coaching techniques, grounded in core psychological principles that explore human behaviour and motivation. You’ll develop core competencies that are recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and be given the opportunity to practice applying these principles directly in your workplace.

The Coaching Skills for Managers online short course is internationally accredited and structured in a work-friendly way, so learners only need to dedicate 6 hours a week to complete it.
