Intro to Management and Leadership can be stacked with Intro to Business Environments, and recognised as equivalent to a module within the Bachelor of Applied Social Science Degree.
If you meet the minimum entrance criteria, you can enrol for the degree and apply for module exemption.

Week 2: Leadership theories & organisational power and politics
Week 3: Leadership communication and employee motivation
Week 4: Managing information systems
Week 5: Managerial decision-making
Week 6: The drivers of business success and failure

By the end of this course you will be able to:

- Discuss information management and evaluation in decision making.
- Apply decision-making techniques and models.
- Describe factors leading to the success or failure of businesses.
You will have also created a portfolio of evidence, which you can use to demonstrate your knowledge of understanding of the core principles that inform the way managers function and lead their teams successfully.
