In this 6-week course, you will learn how to listen, read non-verbal cues, respond and express yourself well in the workplace. Effective Interpersonal Communication can be stacked with Advanced Interpersonal Communication, and if you meet the minimum entrance criteria, you can enrol for the Bachelor of Applied Social Science Degree and apply for module exemption.

Week 5: Active listening and responding in personal, professional and social settings.
Week 6: Analyse how effectively you communicate.
