In response to an increasingly complex world, where what it means to live and work well is constantly evolving, the Intro to Coaching short course offers a powerful way to make sense of change and personal growth.
Throughout this 40-hour introductory course, you’ll explore coaching as a relationship-based, goal-oriented process. You’ll examine how self-belief, intrinsic motivation, clarity and responsibility can be cultivated through coaching. Along the way, learners will be introduced to several key coaching frameworks that support awareness, expand choice and encourage purposeful action.
In addition, the course explores what strengthens effective coaching and what can hinder progress and connection. Finally, it aims to empower you to build relationships, communicate effectively, set goals, design actions, and manage your progress in daily life and at work.
